Drumbeat Notes

Alexis Winters, a sixteen year old girl with one mission to accomplish in her life before she makes a drastic choice. To become a drummer for a band or maybe even sing. But she has one problem, stage freight. Alexis is horrified by the thought of performing in front of millions of people. Her anxiety and depression have taken it's toll on her ability to perform for people. She can handle a few, but not millions. When she makes a few new friends she starts to close off aware of what happened to her in the past. Haunted by it even. Now she knows that it's effecting her playing and singing. Lost, hurting and confused Alexis is left with nowhere else to turn but the one thing she fought so hard against in the past. Music may be the only thing that can save Alexis...but not heal her scars. Along with the anonymous notes that continuously end up on her drum set.
