The Devil's Pet

After killing a ruthless criminal in self-defense Sean Collins is made a public hero by the news media. He saved his daughter and himself but he does not want the attention. However, he soon discovers there are worse things in the world than persistent reporters. Much worse.

Sean is approached by a seemingly harmless old man who tells him the criminal he killed was the Devil's favorite pet and now Sean must take his place. His initial disbelief fades when events begin to spiral out of his control. Sean quickly finds himself drawn into the middle of an ancient battle requiring him to choose sides. As he works his way through a maze of players in this macabre game he realizes he cannot win. His only currency is his free will which he must use wisely or lose everything that is dear to him.
