Growing up I always tried to be the cool kid. I wanted to fit in and have friends. I just wanted to be liked. In high school a part of being cool was having a boyfriend or girlfriend. But year after year that went by I was still known as that single guy. I would have the occasional hook up but that never satisfied me. I wanted something real, something that would last.
