Updated Summary: With the creation of different dimensions and universes, came forth intelligent beings. To regulate these dimensions and universes, higher beings took control of containers called UniOrbs. These containers not only regulated the Gods and the souls of those worlds but also dictated the processes of reincarnation. The UniOrb could not do this on their own, so they contracted souls to become "Systems" that made sure souls were able to reincarnate, but not all souls were fortunate enough to do so. A virus was unleashed in Japan, it was to combat the current virus, but someone mix the formula wrong and made something more deadly. Not all humans were affected, but the ones that was either got powers or dead. Some who got powers became insane and started killing, they have been labeled has Outer Ones and the very few who didn't became Outer Ones became Breakers and the Breakers have taken it upon themselves to stop the Outer Ones, but don't call them heroes. A breaker could easily lose control and become a Outer One.

The idea is taken from "The darkest minds" the movie but the colors are different, and thought holds the same powers. I don't own the idea but the story is mine. Emily finally gets her abilities after six months in a lab. She's black, meaning the most destructive. Leaving the medical facility behind me in ashes, I'm on the run from the government seeking out others like me-someone who can learn me how I'm supposed to control and hopefully protect myself using my ability.
