Steve has been having major panic episodes after the death of Billy and Eddie, plus the trauma of the Upside down. Even after many people tortured him about it he didn't want to believe the true odvious Vampire Eddie and werewolf Billy, since they were known for being dead.

(I've changed this alot since I've last wrote this story, and honestly I'll try and update it more often now that I'm older and I have more time on my hands lmao...even though I'm still the same age- I just probably learned more techniques tbh 💀)

Steve(21) Hasn't had a chance to leave this awful place. He has stayed around for the kids, wanting nothing more to be there for each one's graduation. Confused. Lonely. Depression has really started to hit in the last couple of years after all of the tragic losses to the upsidedown. Nearly losing everything and everyone he's cared for and loved. Most everyone has gotten their chance to escape, Nancy and Jonathan moved to California after graduation. Robin's off at college. Until he realizes maybe he's not so alone here, sparking a true friendship with the most unlikely person, Eddie Munson. Eddie(22) hasn't been able to get out of this town either after swearing he would get the hell out of here many years ago. The kids are all graduating this year, which will most likely end up giving the two now men, no reason to stick around anymore. Steve POV Eddie and Steve have known each other since middle school. It wasn't until the recent touch with the Upsidedown had they really gotten close again. The kids adored him, all of their friends loved him. He fit right in, and Steve had fallen absolutely head over heals for him.
