Vinati Shergill is nervous and is mad at her twin brother Vinay. A new Junior Engineer, Vinay Shergill, has been posted in Kishtwar in Doda district where Dul Hasti Hydroelectric Power Plant is being constructed by NHPC Limited. Though the whole town is largely unconcerned by the Junior Engineer's presence, Divisional Forest Officer, Jeh Veer Virk is alarmed at his body's response to the man.
And Jeh is going bonkers trying to figure it out. At the age of 30, is Jeh turning into a homosexual? or is there another reason? Maybe Vinay is not who he appears to be!
