Vinati Shergill is nervous and is mad at her twin brother Vinay. When she had agreed to play him as the new Junior Engineer at his new Government job at the Dul Hasti Hydroelectric Power Plant in the State of Jammu & Kashmir for three months so that he may grab the rare opportunity to study the upcoming Karun-3 dam in Khuzestan, Iran, it looked very simple and and sounded exciting but now that she was actually here and playing her brother amidst the struggles of militancy, forest violations and security issues, things are getting hot, especially with the Divisional Forest Officer, Jeh Veer Virk breathing down her neck and watching her every move with his intense brown eyes. A new Junior Engineer, Vinay Shergill, has been posted in Kishtwar in Doda district where Dul Hasti Hydroelectric Power Plant is being constructed by NHPC Limited. Though the whole town is largely unconcerned by the Junior Engineer's presence, Divisional Forest Officer, Jeh Veer Virk is alarmed at his body's response to the man. And Jeh is going bonkers trying to figure it out. At the age of 30, is Jeh turning into a homosexual? or is there another reason? Maybe Vinay is not who he appears to be!
