Remember when while they were in the Framework, Ward asked Daisy if she could bring his Skye back and she answered, but that Skye is Hydra and he knew he could find a way for the two of them to have their happy ending, even if on opposing sides of the Resistance vs. Hydra war? Well, that Skye, the Hydra agent Skye is the only Skye. There is no Daisy Johnson, agent of SHIELD, only Skye Johnson, agent of Hydra.
