I found this idea on TikTok and I wanted to write angst with no happy ending because im sad so here

What does he do?
Read it of course, he wouldn't have if he knew what was in that letter. He never would have even gone through his things if he had known he would find that letter.

"Megumi, you're bleeding again," you say as you quickly rush to Megumi's side. You grab his face to try and get a better look at the cut on his forehead, but he slaps your hand away. "It's fine Y/N. Stop being so concerned about me," Megumi says as he stubbornly shoves his hands in his pockets and tries to walk away from you. Megumi always tried to take care of himself, even when he knows he could use help. It pisses you off.
