Paris is once again thrown in a panic from the news of the return of The Monster of Paris! But Francoeur is just as curious as to who the culprit is and with the help of his friends and his special someone Odette, he is determined to find who or what is behind these incidents. But things get in the way that Francoeur can not understand. His overflowing emotions for Odette puts his mind in a spin. He learns many new things about humans and these strange new emotions that he is rather embarrassed about feeling.
But nevertheless, everyone is looking forward to the joyous wedding day of Emille and Maud.
