The year is 2072, and the world has caught fire and wiped out a good bit of humanity. After the fire, there were very few survivors and they were all scattered in different areas. In order to recreate humanity, There seemed to be an underground base created by a large group called 'The SOP' (also known as source of pain) but they kicked out the sick and the old only wanting a thriving community. They run a terrible community who only care about the people within, and aren't worried about anyone on the outside. That's where Shadow comes in, roaming and collecting the castaways and caring for them as much as possible. Yet, the 'SOP' tries to interfere with that.
Will Shadow be able to change the community?
Will her and her crew be able to survive?
Will there be loss?
Who knows.. let's try to survive the 'Apocalypse'

BOOK 1 From the moment the Declaration of Independence was signed, there were people who didn't agree with it. This included a small group of politicians who called themselves Chaos. They vowed to someday take over America and start over with a utopian society where everyone would have a common goal. They slowly infiltrated the government, filling it with corrupt leaders. They planned a mass attack on the U.S. on July 2, 2076, Americas 300th birthday. On that day, they assassinated the president and began bombing in New York. Unfortunately, Chaos only had about 200 soldiers so they came up with a technology to implant a chip in the nervous system and essentially control them. So basically, each solider could make a civilian a soldier and the civilian would be forced to fight and make soldiers of their own. The whole operation snowballed and everything went according to plan. Unlike in other stories, there is no hope and the only way to survive is though the CPO (citizen protection organization), created by Benjamin Franklin. It's a system of secret subway tunnels, used to evacuate civilians to safely. Out story begins on July 2, 2076 when the first bomb drops.
