A young girl given a new life by a seemingly retired doctor seems like a heartwarming notion, until you find out the the Port Mafia Boss is the so-called retired doctor.
Being taken in by a sociopath was definitely not an amazing start of life, but Y/n is determined to escape this hellish life, where her existence was hidden for years until Mori-- the Port Mafia Boss, whom adopted her-- decided she was ready to 'play' in his chess game he calls the Port Mafia.
Y/n was very resentful to her father, and more so to the man he used to go on and on about, Dazai Osamu. The boy recieved much praise and adoration from the creepy excuse of a Mafia Boss. Y/n, almost filled with jelousy, was irked by even the mention of the man. When he disappeared from the organization, she celebrated, but now he was in her way.
Wanting to leave a life of killing and start anew, she's in search of an escape, and the Ex Port Mafia Executive proves to be an obstacle, in her own mind at least. He knows she's Mori's [adoptive] daughter, and him knowing this could ruin her whole plan.
Will she be able to get out of the hell she calls home? Or will it decide her fate for the rest of her earthly exsistence.
