An outbreak of disease spread through the world quick. The dead didn't say dead, and they were hungry to consume those who hadn't become one of them. Before the outbreak happened, you were the leader of a highly trained group with the precaution of the disease spreading to the public. Your team was unsuccessful, you being the only survivor. You wandered the country to hopefully find a cure. As you hunted a deer, you realized someone else was hunting it too. Once face-to-face with the other, you were surprised at who it was.
This story will be very long, following through the plot of the TV show. Updates will be slow due to having other stories and work. I do not own any art inserted or TWD. I hope everyone enjoyed this long ass story.

Holding out in a hospital after leaving his house he finds comatose Rick Grimes and decides to stay and make sure Rick is taken care of. Shortly after Rick awakes, they run into Morgan and Duane Jones. Over the course of the 11 years of a normal life, Ford had he had been reported missing nearly 13 times and ran away from home, the longest span of time being 3 weeks, nearly a month. He's been out hunting with both his brothers. Normally hiding away in the woods until his brothers found him. Now having just turned twelve the young boy gets separated from his brothers, sees his father get killed, and desperate to find his brothers again. ----------------------------- CW!!! Story starts right after the incident at Hershel's barn but does not follow the story line of the show after that. The main character is a young woman named Nora who at first has developed feelings for Glenn after he was the one who helped get her out of the city. When she realizes she's held on to her feelings too long, she quickly starts to feel lost. Nora is somewhat of a trouble magnet but most of all she just wants to find her place in this new world. Along the way, she finds comfort in an unlikely person. (I do not own the original art for the cover) {I started this story back in December 2011 on Tumblr and although it didn't get the fan following that I had always hoped for, it did well in it's own way. It had loyal followers and I got comments on how much readers loved it. I thought I would try posting it on Wattpad to see what becomes of it. The story is completed on Tumblr and as I bring it over here, I'm also doing small rewrites to the story. There are scenes that I needed to cut out and change up just because my view of things has changed as well and I wanted this story to reflect that. Apart from some of the arguments that'll break out but you can only expect that when strangers take shelter together. Y/n was a survivor of the city, brought in by Glenn. You were thankful for the kindness from the stranger but the same behavior wasnt shared from the rest of the group. Supplies are tight and tension gets high everytime a newcomer is brought in. The Dixon brothers dont miss a beat to make sure and cause a scene, going on and on about supplies and how thin we are stretched. The speeches have droned on but no one listens to them, especially when they come from a couple hillbillies. Days went by the same, hardly any words spoken your direction unless it was snarky comment or small talk from Glenn. Changes started taking place when a fellow named Rick Grimes showed up.Complete
