AU: I definitely bended the rules here with the whole ‘memory loss’ thing. The epilogue never happened – or rather, it happened differently. Clary went to Simon’s school, but not Isabelle or Magnus. Eight months after Simon’s memory loss. Simon remembers Clary (after months of getting to know her again), but he has not been reintroduced to the Shadow World yet. Clary is planning on keeping it that way, for the sake of Simon’s protection.
