McKayla Evans is working on the set of the movie Night at the Museum: Secrets of the Lost Tomb in London, England as a costume designer. When she first delved into the film industry, she never thought that she would be working right alongside some big names in Hollywood, such as Robin William, Dan Stevens, Ben Stiller... and Rami Malek. She just thought that she would be a part of grade-B movies and would associate with less-popular actors. Well, she was wrong. She has the time of her life, but she wasn't expecting her celebrity crush to turn his exotic Egyptian blue eyes on her.

28. On a beach vacation, you dive into the water, but it turns purple and suddenly you're pulled under the sand. What's waiting for you beneath the surface? 34. Your new job requires an out of town overnight orientation, but when you check in, you run into someone from your past that you never thought you'd see again. Casey (Cas) Galanis doesn't know whether to say she is a burn victim, or was, as it had been over a decade. While her body bore the evidence of her past, she was more than ready to leave every bit of the trauma from recovery and society behind her. Unfortunately, anyone back home that was still cruel about her looks wasn't going to change. They didn't want to see her as capable of caring for herself. The lowest point was her sister refusing to have her in her wedding photos, citing aesthetics. The out she found was in the hospitality industry, specifically an older, privately owned hotel. True, people would continue to be cruel to her. Even if they brought up her looks, they would be more concerned that their room was clean, the TV worked, the pool was warm, and they made it in time for the complimentary breakfast. And most of that, as a maid, wouldn't be her problem. That, and it came with a room that they couldn't be rented out. Which was odd for a hotel a short walk from the beach. The first hurdle would be the Tuesday night orientation. The second would be if she could learn to love the beach and all it's exposure. But there would be more surprises in store-the doctor who helped heal her and the dead Egyptian god who consumed any free time she had. Because of the possibilities in two men, life wasn't lonely anymore. Cover Art: Photo by Austin J. He was a tattooed mystery. She was a person they were so desperate to hide. They both hold secrets close to their hearts. Some are not even their own. When there's a phone call, a hallway empty of all but two people, they were bound to bump into each other, literally. Now it seems as if they're constantly in each other's lives. Is there something that's holding them at arms length from one another? Is it someone? Have they hid their true identities to save others? To save themselves? Will they ever be able to rid themselves of all the hiding? The lying? Will they be able to free themselves from the invisible sting that's somehow holding them together? Will they forever be stuck in their cycles of lies? Or will they use them to their advantage? *Sneak Peak* "I'm sorry what's your name?" "It's um, I-it's-s um..." "What don't have a name? That was something no one could ever know. Not now, not ever. *Sneak Peak 2* [Ring] "Hi and how can I help you today?" she said before she looked up to see him. "Ah, so you work here. I did not expect that." "Well, now you're over that with can I do my job? Good. Now what do you want?" she stated, getting irritated by the look he was giving her. "I know John is no longer here so he recommended someone called Teddy, can you point me to him?" "Well first off Teddy is a girl. And Secondly you are looking at her."
