I was going to do a Sonic x OC, but I got this idea and liked it so...
What if there was an Alternate Universe where Tails was female?
Note: Only the parts with Tails are in the story, so if you're looking for a complete story, you're in the wrong place.
Note: Spoilers for Sonic the Hedgehog 2.
I don't own the movie, I don't own Sonic, and I don't own most of Tails' character, cuz most of it's from the movie. I just own the romance between her and Sonic, and the gender change.
You know what I mean.
Edit: I looked up the actual age of the characters in the movie, and I found that Tails is supposed to be eight??? Nuh-uh. So I aged her up a bit, she's twelve while Sonic is thirteen. Sorry if that's confusing, but I gave her the mindset of a tween/new teen, so it just didn't make much sense when she was eight.All Rights Reserved

Sonic Boom: Travels (Shadora) by Nyx_Wind

Life starts out exciting for a pink hedgehog by the name of Aurora when she sets out on her own for the first time at the age of 20. The only downside to this is an extremely over-protective dad (Sonic) who constantly worries about the most ridiculous things happening to you, and the mom (Amy Rose) always pushes to set you free when it's time. Everything changes for Aurora and a black hedgehog named Shadow when they crash into each other at Shadow Canyons. Aurora is in awe that she is with her longtime fantasy crush, and so is Shadow when he sees that he finally meets her again from his last trip through time. The two hedgehogs train each other for future challenges, until the death of Amy Rose occurs. Devastated, Aurora goes out to search for the Chaos Emeralds to save all the dimensions in existence (later figuring out she has to do more), figure out more about her powers, and to find Shadow's missing ex-girlfriend. They meet a sprite, a loyal wolf, a resistance, a young bat, a twist-hearted meerkat, and twin hedgehogs that share similarities with Shadow and Aurora. Throughout the journey, they all learn the power of teamwork, making Shadow feel unsure since what happened on Space Colony ARK and the last fiasco teaming up with Eggman. Shadow and Aurora get closer throughout the mission, but will they remain strong? Will they work together to accomplish the pink hedgehog's promise to her deceased BFF and mother? Why would Shadow team up with Aurora and their "friends"? Could it be to reach destiny, or true love? Who knows what'll happen next? What would Sonic think of all of this? So many questions. Drop Dead Shadow by YandereSonadow

So I just remembered and rewatched a movie that I literally watched on repeat HUNDREDS of times as a kid. Still knew like 95% of the words and everything. The movie in question is 'Drop Dead Fred'. I related to that movie SO much back then, still do in a way to this day. So. It has now plagued my mind and I had to. This is a story based on the movie: As a child, Sonic was often told to stay quiet, act proper, and to eventually grow to be the kind of man his mother wanted him to be. However... one day, Sonic made a friend named Drop Dead Shadow. A -slightly unhinged- friend that would always help him through the bad times... and replace them with good ones. Unfortunately, Sonic forgot about Drop Dead Shadow after some time. Until events brought him, Amy, Tails, and Rouge to Sonic's childhood home. Also, Sonic will eventually think and act more childlike eventually (kinda). This is the ONLY story I'm going to have with him behaving in such a way so don't ask for another. NOT Sonadow dis time.
