For as long as Rosie Cruz can remember, she has been infatuated with Alfie Ballard. From the moment she laid eyes on him Freshman Year her heart as bet at a different pace from him, but being friends has been their only title.
Alfie Ballard was her best friend, somehow through all the drunken decisions, messy monopoly games and silly falls, he has been one step behind, tuned into her frequency.
