Buttah strongly believes that before you can have a healthy relationship, you have to heal. Before you can truly love someone, you must learn how to love yourself first. Most wounded people are hurt from past trauma, and project their unresolved pain onto their partners. We all know that hurt people, hurt people. You can choose to heal by yourself or with your partner. You must first acknowledge that you need healing. Healing is an ongoing journey.
