While having many friends attending there, she's still open to meeting knew people. And what better way to do that than on the football field. Carmen's father is the football coach there, which only makes things a little more complicated because she wants to be on campus on her own... without parental supervision. But once GSU gets a few new students, Carmen must make her own decisions for once and stop letting her parents get in the way of her fun.

"I didn't think that the first night at my new college would end with me getting my back broken. And not in the fun way. I'm kind of annoyed about it. Not how I wanted to kick this year off.
