Its essentially about Todoroki and Deku falling in love but Todoroki is a prince and Deku is a commoner, Todoroki learns his parents have already set him up with another prince named Bakugo, but Bakugo found a hurt dragon while out on a walk and reluctantly helped it, he later found out the dragon was a human hybrid and they became friends.
