See what happens when Maia purchases a book from a very old shopkeeper. She finds herself being sucked into the world of Ostrobis Winchester, where she is an assassin assigned to work for the King and Queen with the book to guide her through this world. But things become a bit messier when the Queen orders her to assassinate the Crowned prince and heir to the throne, Prince Alexandr Romanov. Before Maia can get the chance to kill Alexandr, there is an attack on the castle, and the King and Queen are massacred. While in the king's dying breath, she makes Maia promise to protect Alexander with her life. So Maia leads Alexandr into the forest and embarks on a journey to save their kingdom. Will Maia find her way home? Or will she remain trapped in this world with the prince? Will there be a budding romance or an envied rivalry?
