TommyInnit, also known as Racoon, is your average vigilante. With a (very) low bank account he helps out selling tea and backed goods in the day, but at night has a way more dangerous job. While juggling tea bag selling, vigilante work AND surviving the not-so-safe streets of district 14, the SBI sets eyes on Racoon, for better and for worse.

"I uh," Tommy starts, not knowing how to break this to the hero lightly. He hates to be the bearer of bad news. "I think your powers are broken? It's not a bad thing of course, but like, I swear you tried to mind control me and it like, totally failed. Which is fine, honestly, don't feel insecure. Everyone's power stop working sometimes... I think." Sheesh, this is very awkward. Why is no one else talking? Why is Philza looking at him like he grew three heads? Why is the Blade staring at him so intensely? Why is Willow still frozen? The War Crime Family (Wilbur fanfic)
All what Wilbur have wanted was a loving family unlike his current family, he was diagnosed from psychopathy and is still healing from it when he was then kidnapped by a group of "serial killers" that have been reported around the city killing and raiding houses. This story has a lot of action, angst, adoption and some wholesome arcs. Yes I know they dont go well with each other but I promise you will like it in the end, please. Tommy just wants to know why his friends have a tendency for arson.
