TommyInnit, also known as Racoon, is your average vigilante. With a (very) low bank account he helps out selling tea and backed goods in the day, but at night has a way more dangerous job. While juggling tea bag selling, vigilante work AND surviving the not-so-safe streets of district 14, the SBI sets eyes on Racoon, for better and for worse.

Gentle fingers combed through his hair and words of comfort spewed from the vampires lips in a futile attempt to calm him. His tear-filled vision made out a hand that landed gently on his chin, lifting it up and exposing his neck.
