Enemy of my enemy is my friend (WW2 BXB FICTION)

Where our story begins we'll start off at an outpost or camp where our main protagonist Maddox will be part of a special task force leading into the city captured and overran by German forces..... But!!!!! On the other side of this war there is a German soldier who miraculously lives through the torture and chaos of the repossession of the city and somehow some way two soldiers meet trapped together become best mates who knows where the story might go my friends it's your turn to guess

The story is not real and any type or sort of way and if I make a wrong historical fact well fuck it it's sci-fi

Let's make this clear and let's make this quick yes is a double sided treasonous love story but no I'm not going too much in detail for it

The beginning of the story will start off rough but we'll get better towards the end
