Just as the four ninja turtles' home is blown up and sucked into a black hole, they are saved miraculously by Professor Honeycutt (Fugitoid). 

As they begin their mission of reversing time and saving the planet, Fugitoid must make a crucial stop for repairs and refuel when he runs into his young friend. When that friend is dragged onto the ship, the group of four mutant turtles and two teenage humans learn more about the newcomer than they first expected.
