The Estate

Emi Garcia, like any other college student looking for housing in the Netherlands, is stuck, but when a new opportunity to live in a big estate for free comes up Emi, and ten other college students jump to be the first one to accept the offer. After meeting the mysteriously secretive owner Mrs. Jones, Emi has her suspicions, but agrees to live on the estate with fellow university students. As weird occurrences at the estate become more frequent Emi and a few other students decide to investigate. Their lives are at stake but Emi is willing to risk anything to figure out the secrets Mrs. Jones and her estate are hiding.
