Arstotzka's Black Border (A Papers, Please Story)

Only months after the long six year Arstotzkan-Kolechian Conflict, the East Grestin Border Checkpoint of Arstotzka opens.

The inspector assigned to it? A young former soldier who fought in the war. This young man who did his duty for "Glorious Arstotzka" who gave his all, only to be given nothing in return. Yet, he is still blinded by patriotism and duty.

Still stricken by the war, this young man must now decide who enters his country and, ultimately, the fate of Arstotzka itself.

Will he choose to serve the land he was always indentured to? Or open his eyes to the horrors that lay right in front of him?

This is the story of a young soldier turned government official. His test of morality, duty, and survival. His story of always asking the same thing constantly: "Papers, Please".
