Ok so I have seen stories of like when Izu have different parents and a different Quirk, but I have never seen anything about his parents being Chiyo (RG) and Gran Torino.

Her quirk id the same as Chiyo's but stronger and she has another quirk but she'll unlock ot whenever.

It was Izumi's birthday and her mother takes her to the doctor to see what her quirk is. She was diagnosed quirkless. They went home and her mother canceled her birthday party that they were going to hold in they're apartment later that day. From that day on her mother has been abusing her daughter just because she didn't have a quirk. Izumi was bullied in middle school. She then started to learn all the styles of fighting. She decided that if the hero's couldn't do they're job right she'll have to do it for them. She became the most wanted vigilant in all of Japan. She's even more wanted then All for one himself. She has very sensitive hearing so she always wear earbuds. The people she saved called her the true hero of Jupan. Some even said that she's better than All Might himself. Two sides
Izuku Midoriya, son of All for one, grew up within the League of Villains. His mother died when he was young. Izuku is extremely smart and can trick people very easily, making him the perfect spy. Feral (Vigilante Deku)
Everyone said he was untamable and not human like! His mother couldn't handle the pressure of a son that had such a unique quirk and gave him up. No one managed to cope with the wild little cinnamon roll and so he ended up in a mental hospital locked away or so they thought. Little did they all know that Izuku was sneaking out nearly every night and doing the job of a dark hero. One that worked in the shadow of the night and never been seen before. However, one day Aizawa and Nezu payed a visit to the exact same mental hospital because they got some lead about a group of villains that were after UA. When Aizawa was out for food he remembered his first love Inko and that she had a kid and wondered if he will ever meet the kid. Aizawa then got an alert that a murderer has just killed a married couple he ran to the location only to see Inko with four stab wounds and Hisashi with eight bullet wounds he dropped to his knees and saw Izuku walk out of his room and Aizawa then took the kid home and checked his quirks and found out Izuku was his son.Complete
Reaper (villain rehab)
Izuku was alone for most of his life. He had one beautiful quirk but never dared to show anyone his quirk. He had one incredible ability. He could heal anyone just by purely touching them. However, this was only one side of his quirk as he could also take one's life form. His parents died and his grandparents hated him for that since he was the reason for it. Not fitting anywhere Izuku was wondering around until someone was ready to stretch their hands out and accept a fallen angel. Now meat Reaper and how he became one of the LOV members that is responsible for holding up the team. They can count on him to get the job done or get them out of a dangerous situation.
