Ok so I have seen stories of like when Izu have different parents and a different Quirk, but I have never seen anything about his parents being Chiyo (RG) and Gran Torino.

Her quirk id the same as Chiyo's but stronger and she has another quirk but she'll unlock ot whenever.

Azrael (Vigilante Deku)
Izuku Midoriya had everything a 4-year-old child could wish for. He had a family, a home and a quirk that was like no other. Thanks to a tragic and very bloody night, he was left with nothing then his own memories of a happy past and his quirk to protect himself. He quickly found out that people are looking at him because of his quirk. All the people ever wanted was his quirk and not him. Years pass, and the little green bean learned to trust no one but himself. If one was to ask him what was his quirk, he would say he was quirkless. It was only a protection measurement he found out to be necessary. After all, a quirkless life was better than a life in a laboratory. One day he was fortunately enough to meet the number 1 hero and could finally ask him the question of his life. What will however happen if the symbol of peace gives him an answer he has never though he would hear? More importantly, what will he do once he finds out he still has family out there? Quirkless doesn't mean useless but because of how quirkless kids are being treated they often end up dead.. Izuku Midoriya is a kid that was born quirkless. Once his parents found out about this, they immediatelly abandoned him and threw him out on the streets. Now rouaming the steets and barely surviving he still finds a way to help people but not any avarage people, no he saved All for One and the other 4 LOV members. Follow Izuku as he struggles to survive while at the same time wanting nothing more than to end his own misary and becomes weaker and weaker with each passing moment. Eco (Izumi Vilagant AU)
It was Izumi's birthday and her mother takes her to the doctor to see what her quirk is. She was diagnosed quirkless. They went home and her mother canceled her birthday party that they were going to hold in they're apartment later that day. From that day on her mother has been abusing her daughter just because she didn't have a quirk. Izumi was bullied in middle school. She then started to learn all the styles of fighting. She decided that if the hero's couldn't do they're job right she'll have to do it for them. She became the most wanted vigilant in all of Japan. She's even more wanted then All for one himself. She has very sensitive hearing so she always wear earbuds. The people she saved called her the true hero of Jupan. Some even said that she's better than All Might himself. Both hero's and villains have heard of this misterus Echo. They tryed finding her on everything you could've imagined but she never leaves a traise of evidence of herself. Ps. Okay so it's a DADZAWA and an izuocha and Izuku's quirk's are erasure like his father and mental break he will have more, which is from a story called Vigilante Deku all credit goes to Lazy-Smartass_02. When Aizawa was out for food he remembered his first love Inko and that she had a kid and wondered if he will ever meet the kid. Aizawa then got an alert that a murderer has just killed a married couple he ran to the location only to see Inko with four stab wounds and Hisashi with eight bullet wounds he dropped to his knees and saw Izuku walk out of his room and Aizawa then took the kid home and checked his quirks and found out Izuku was his son.Complete
The Summoning Hero
Izuku was a strange child, when he was a kid he found out he had a quirk but the doctors had no idea what it was or how it worked. Because of this he tried everything he could think of to try make his mom's or dad's quirks work but absolutely nothing did. As he was slowly pushed away by everyone except for his mother, he had no one, no friends or anything, because of this he gained the hobby of drawing to help him cope with the loneliness. Years passed by and he finally accepted that he was quirkless and because of that everyone all but increased in the bullying making Izuku even more isolated.
