People who are constantly hunted down by heroes for doing what's right, illegally. Tommy and his brother, Isaac, embark on a journey to a city away from home. After escaping their breaking family, the Simons. They set off on a journey of freedom, away from the clutches of their parents. As the years go by, in the shitty city they live in with a flawed hero system, they've decided to help those in need in the poorer parts of the city.
