Ever since George moved to Florida he has been having a recurring nightmare. A nightmare that then leads on to him falling in love. The only problem with him falling in love, is what happens if the nightmare becomes reality?

George has spent his entire life without his soulmate. Now, as he slowly succumbs to Alzheimer's disease, he receives news that he might be closer to seeing Dream again than he thought. This story is a spin-off dedicated to my writing buddy @mintyfrxsh . Recently, they wrote a DreamNotFound soulmate AU titled "Perfecticity", and this is my (non-canonical) interpretation of what happens next. I highly recommend you check out their work! This story contains major spoilers for "Perfecticity".
