This story was made up by (Sir) Dex from the Syndicate GND on the game Crime City.
It's about a man named Mike that left the syndicate and joined another one. Former leader Tiger couldn't rule the lands (Syndicate) because she got sick so (Sir) Dex stepped in. Him, her and the rest of the people (members) want him to return to their lands (syndicate)
