In the aftermath of a car accident that claimed their parents' lives, Alisa, Emma, Megan, Macy, and Nevaeh were placed in an orphanage. Each of them has been subjected to horrendous abuse by the owner. Each day they spend there, their hopes of freedom diminish. After One Direction enters the orphanage unexpectedly, their lives change for the better. They don't realize, however, that the boys who saved their lives are hiding a deadly secret.
