Sonic and Shadow has been friends since as long as they can remember, as their families were long-term friends as well. As the benefit of befriending royalty, Shadow's family rose in the ranks to the happiness of Shadow as she could now spend as much time as she wanted with her best friend Sonic.
As the years went by, Shadow began to develop a crush on Sonic in late middle school. Now in high-school Shadow, with the help of her new friend Rouge, will finally get the courage to tell Sonic how she feels. Or, will she chicken out?

This is a mixture of a high-school AU and my AU Aftermath, so if there's some characters you don't know of or anything that feels out of place or off, it's from my AU.
