Elistor a normal teenage boy with no powers is send to his siblings school, everything seemed normal but one thing stands out from this school, because this school is a hero training school and the best all of Denmark.
You see the worlds pupulation was made 97,5 % is with powers meaning only 2.5 % is powerless, this is after a meteor hit the Earth making it hard to live in some parts of the world.
Normaly you would see the powers come forth at the age of 3-4 years, sometimes however there will be a late blommor in some families, making them seem powerless.
Will Elistor be powerless for the rest of his life or will his powers come forth in time before the year is done. Keep reading and find out.
Quick notice before you read, English is my second hand langue, so it might sound wrong some places.
This is based on my hero Academi, but in another country, please keep that in mind as you read.

We all know my hero academia, with the quirks and everything but what if riders existed as well? Yaku L/n had always admired Heroes and Kamen riders especially Geats. He always wanted to be like them, to help people in need, he wanted to be a hero. Because of that dream, even after he was diagnosed as quirkless, even after the bullying he had received due to his name, even after being told that he can't be a hero nor a Kamen rider as only a few become one, he still chased after his dream, determined to achieve that dream and with the help of his family he thought he would. Along the way they meet alot of people like Aozora Akari who was a fellow kamen rider, she was called Kamen Rider PunkJack. Everyone got along and lived happy lives, Yaku was the happiest since he achieved something that was thought to never be possible, a quirkless person going to U.A. high... Well that ended when 'that' happened... After that "event" Yaku was never same... The only thing that he strived for was... Hey... Dr_Wrath writing. In an alternate timeline, the human race found a way to create superpowers. By extracting energy from stars and inserting that energy into humans, 'powers' were created. Powers allowed humans to gain unnatural abilities such as flight, invisibility, super strength or in other words, superpowers. Of course, with the introduction of something so revolutionary, people rose up in the hundreds of thousands in an event known as the Great Rebellion. The insurgents banded together under a single banner and became collectively known as the Shadow, marking the beginning of the Cosmic Wars. Out of the darkness, the Gazers were born. Using what remained of the power technology, the Gazers singlehandedly perished the evil and ended the conflict. However, there was a price to pay. Powers put a toll on the human body and had serious mental and physical repercussions. The solution was to recruit children from the age of 13 to 18 and train them so their bodies would adapt to their powers, eventually becoming immune to all negative side effects. The end of the Cosmic Wars brought forth a new age of peace and prosperity that the world had never seen before. However, the long reign of the Gazers has already begun to crumble, cracks showing up within the very thread of society. Their rule will not last for much longer. The Shadow will rise once again. Izuku Midoriya formerly izuku yagi had a good life up until he was diagnosed quirkless. He was neglected and beaten by his own (all might, magnetic and Izumi) family and (1A) friends. Over the years izuku learn how to defend himself in private, read comics from before quirks were around and learning about heroes quirks. One day, while izuku is running away from his tormentors, he runs into the forest to lose them. After he does he realizes he's lost and then he sees a meteor coming towards him. After it crashes izuku feels like it's calling to him, he goes near it and almost in an instant he feels a sudden surge of power and strength he never felt before. Now with these new abilities he will become the next number one hero and symbol of hope.
