As we all know how the famous classic fairy-tale goes of Little Red Riding Hood, this tale is slightly different. The family of Red Riding Hood play a small role and not much of them is heard of again. Especially the poor grandmother. But in this story not all is what they seem as for this fairy-tale there is so much more. One day her mother sends her to visit her sick grandmother where a big wolf stops in her path to warn her of the danger she is about to face. Can Red trust the wolf? It's only her grandmother how can she be in any danger? What is she meant to face after talking to a stranger?

But all the residents know a secret--one that only comes when something dares threaten their safety and well-being: The whole village is carefully watched and guarded by The Red Wolf. Some know her as a red-caped woman with expert fighting skills and keen tracking abilities. Others believe that this woman has an actual wolf as her companion--they teach their children that there is no need to fear the wolf with red fur. Only a select few of her closest friends know that the wolf and the woman are one and the same entity: Lady Red, the Wolf-shifter. One day, an attack by a wild wolf on the village draws Red into the clutches of a wily traveling merchant--and she cannot escape while in wolf form. Red must figure out what is preventing her from shifting back into a human, and how to escape the thieving swindler without giving away her dual nature, or she may never see her home again.Complete

This is a remix of the popular Little Red Riding Hood. By the Grimm Brothers, I hope you read and enjoy this. Clari lives in a cottage with her mother out in the forests of Romania, all is peaceful until her Grammy falls ill. But it isn't serious, regardless the pair make a treat to deliver to their precious Grammy. But when Clari finds herself alone in the woods she meets something she has never seen before, this beast is cunning and beautiful but dangerous. Meanwhile a young hunter has been tracking the beast for weeks and knows the beast is near, fueled by the ambition to kill off this animal he soon runs into sweet, genteel Clari. Instantly falling for the beautiful girl, what will become of the dangerous beast and who is going to eat those delicious cookies? I have completed this book and it is now in the progress of editing.
