Angel's just another vampire trying to make it in the world, recently moving with her parents and her older brothers to a small little mountain town in Colorado. On the first day of school she does the unthinkable and befriends a werewolf named Jack! Though not frowned upon by her completely liberal family, it is still seen as taboo for the two to commingle.
In the weeks that pass they become closer and closer, and the rest of his pack soon realizes a family of vampires has moved in and plots to take care of the infestation. Jack has to take his new friend to the pack and hope for the best, what happens is better than anything he could have imagined when she's mates with his brother, Alpha Able.
Will their love survive the scorn of the entire vampire monarchy and the suspicion of the Wolf Elders Council?
