I had first started writing this on Google docs but I thought it would be good to publish it on wattpad. There's definitely some parts I hate and some I love- but overall I think it's a good story. Tell Me a Story
Working at the local ice rink and living with her best friend wasn't exactly where Kate envisioned her life as a twenty-something adult, but she had accepted the safe and mediocre routine that was her existence. When her best friend's impending wedding pushes her to find a new place to live, and a chance meeting with a stranger leads to a new job opportunity, she finally pushes out of her comfort zone to try something new and exciting. That is, of course, until she is abducted by a mysterious group and struggling to figure out what perils she may be up against next. Are her new acquaintances responsible, or has she been close to danger all along? ~~~~~ This story is part of an serial exercise where readers were able to guide what happens next. He gets a phone call from his youngest daugther on the way home from school. She tell him she'll take the way through the forest, but promise to be careful. They say goodbye and hung up. But she never comes home. Adam report her missing. He gets another call later in the night from his husband. He tells me that Emily is in the hospital. She was found unconscious in the woods by the police. Luke says she has horrible nightmares about a man without a face. Adam and Vanessa quickly go to the hospital to be by her side. Three days later, Emily is allowed to return home. But she's not the same again. She has still nightmares and she see things that nobody else see. Adam and Luke are very worried about her. When Emily is accused of stabbing her classmate, they know they have to help her.Complete

The overall plot: My sister and I were just having a normal daily night talk during a cool summer night. This is a short story I wrote a few years ago that I really wanted to be able to publish but didn't want to for the longest time. The story is a little slow but I put a of time into it but isn't by any means my best work. I took inspiration from the movie Psycho with this so there are a lot of cringey Easter Eggs in there.
