After Stefan's death, Caroline is devastated. She feels numb and empty yet overwhelmed with emotions. She mourns him alongside Damon, Elena, Bonnie, Alaric and, of course, her beautiful girls, Lizzie and Josie.
She misses him, but now her and Alaric are opening a school. A school for the young and gifted, the Salvatore School, in honour of Stefan. She's determined to continue on, to push forward, charging straight into anything that comes her way. Though, nothing prepared her for the shock that she gets. This new situation that she gets blindly thrown into makes her reconsider everything.
