So far it had killed several guinea pigs, and 8 mice, but he figured it would have a different result on humans. He was right. A few years later and Sam has run away in hopes of finally being able to act normal, however she has found out that no matter how hard she wants to forget her past, she still craves the thrill of the unseen.

I ran as fast as my legs could carry me, deeper into the woods away from my pack that was chasing me and into the neighboring pack, the Black Moon Pack territory. I ran until I fell into a clearing which turned out to be the front yard of the Black Moon pack Alpha house.
