Turncoat: The first chapter

Four people are uniquely strange in their own way. While living their lives, whether dangerous or boring, they cross paths and everything goes horribly wrong. One is stuck as a child, one is mute but has a certain ability, one can hear everything, and one is a druggie who discovers his ability later on. Bad people are out to get them all now because of a mishap that involved them all. They have to try to connect with each other and work together to defeat the threat.
