After the events of Mega Man X5, Sigma was defeated forever, with the sacrifice of Zero. And the space colony Eurasia was completely destroyed and the Earth is safe. But after 100 years, X's mind was completely devastated since he was in the forefront of the war against the mavericks and everyone he knows, Signas, Alia, Douglass, and so on... had left the maverick hunter as time goes by. Although X is aware of his mind is devastated, he still fights on... until he fell to other dimension... and meets the idols.(season 1)
    A squad of 9 B ranked hunters have gone to another dimension. These hunters meets the legendary maverick hunter X and his new allies. Together, they will stop the newly rising multi-dimensional maverick empire.(season 2)
