I started this project over a year ago, and it was during a phase when I was discerning between Roman Catholicism and Orthodoxy. The point of the project was to delve into the history of the Church to figure out if the claims of Rome to the Papacy were historically accurate and in line with what the Church taught historically. I am a former Catholic, who was Catholic for two years.

Rich Girls Can Lie | Watty's 2018 entry by caitie_a

It wasn't easy being a rich girl. Melanie Philips constantly had to be on her best behaviour and never say one word out of place, after all, it could ruin her family's reputation and that's all the family really cared about themselves. They had little to no regard for other people, they only cared about one thing. Money, and if someone threatened the one thing they cared about... Well, they weren't worth it anyway... On the night of a charity ball, her parents were hosting ( because appearances are important ) Melanie was taken advantage of upstairs while her parents continued on blissfully unaware that their daughter was screaming and crying and most of all she was in pain. Six weeks later Melanie's life was flipped upside down, even more, when she found out she was pregnant. Seventeen years old, barely an adult and now she had to care for a baby, how did that seem fair? The blonde was quickly learning that nothing in life was hardly ever fair. People just got thrown things and were expected to deal with them. That was made especially clear when Melanie was thrown out on the streets by her parents who couldn't deal with the scandal of their daughter being a rape victim and on top of that pregnant. No Porcha and Ellis Philips were going to bury this secret deep down where no one would be able to touch it With nowhere else to turn, Melanie finds herself running into Elliot Walker at a homeless shelter and boy did Elliot have a story to tell beneath those dark eyes and mysterious past. Can the struggling teens help each other break out from the darkness or will it swallow them whole? (Warning: contains, descriptions of rape throughout self-harm and alcoholism read at your own risk)

"I know that we will never be a real couple, but we can at least be nice to each other Aneel" I told him. I've had enough. Tears were starting to prick my eyes, but I didn't let them fall. He looked over at me in a weird expression. Like if I died in front of him, he wouldn't care. "You don't get it, do you?! I. will. never. love. you! I will never care for you. You wait, every day, for me to come home and have dinner with you like normal couples do- you are pathetic. You are nothing! Absolutely nothing to me. You are not even worth my words. You are a loser who has nobody- your parents? They are just like me. They knew that you were worthless and wanted to get rid of you" he said angrily. I was not angry at him. He was telling the truth. I'm nothing. Never was, never will. I nodded. He was right. He was so damn right. Sahra Ali is eighteen years old when she gets married. It was not a marriage out of love, no, she was forced into it. Shre grew up being abused. Her parents sold her for money. No parent would do that, so are her so called parents her real parents? She is trying to survive this marriage, because she believes in Allah and knows that He had a good reason that He gave her all these pain. Aneel Osman is a badboy who wants nothing to do with Islam. He was a muslim when he was younger, but when something bad happened, he blamed Allah for it. Deep inside he knows that it is wrong, but shoves that thought away. And when he has to deal with that girl his parents wants him to marry, he is losing himself more and more. Read the description in the book for the fully version! This is a short draft! ~ Salaam guys, this story is edited! Almost everything has CHANGED and it is now a mature story. I like how it turned out. Thank you for all your support! It still contains small grammar mistakes. You have been warned:)

"And We have made some of you a trial for others. Will you ˹not then˺ be patient?" The first time I read this ayah in surah Furqaan, I had no idea it defined my future so clearly. ********** Hafiz Hakimi;- A 26-year-old Nigerian-American who grew up believing those who worshipped something they couldn't see were crazy motherfuckers. But it wasn't like he would go out of his way to tell them his opinion. His life was perfect, a routine of work, party, fuck, sleep, and repeat. His only source of annoyance was the woman whose vagina he popped out of, but even she was very far away from him. Life was good, everything was great. Until one fateful trip to Nigeria, his home country, set off a tornado that wrecked his mundane to pieces. Aliya Suleiman;- A 22-year-old hafiza whose only goal was to finish studying medicine, the devil's course. She only planned to get married after making her first million dollars, a feat her best friend Jasra said was impossible. She wasn't offended of course, because she never planned to get married. And if she did, it would be to someone more pious than her, mature and respectful; indulging. But then the one person she couldn't say no to begged her with tears in her eyes to marry her son. She was the woman who raised her and provided for her mother and her. There was no way she could refuse. It was the worst thing to have ever happened to both of them. A sudden downpour on an otherwise clear sunny day. He wasn't anywhere near the kind of man she imagined herself with. She was the woman raised by the person he hated the most. It was basically a recipe for disaster. She saw him as a way to repay a favour. He wanted to use her to get revenge. And as such, the stage was set and the curtains lifted. ___ ⚠️⚠️⚠️: UPDATES ON MONDAYS AND THURSDAYS ___ 🚨 This is entirely a work of fiction.
