Cinder, Scarlet, Cress, and Winter never really imagined themselves as actresses. But when the school musical comes around, and the theater director is desperate to save his dying career, their acting skills are put to the test. Kai despises his ex, Levana, and to help his father keep his position in the school, he and his friends join the school musical. To his dismay, Levana is going for the lead female role, and he might get the lead male role. Then, after he meets a shy brunette and her friends, things start to change.
