Emiko Kaiba is back and, alongside her brothers Seto and Mokuba, ready to duel in the upcoming Battle City Tournament; however, when an evil mastermind invades the city of Domino with a goal to take revenge on the Pharaoh who resides in Yugi's Millennium Puzzle, things take a dangerous turn for the worse. To make things more confusing, Ishizu Ishtar reveals that many of today's events are reoccurring just as they did 5,000 years ago.
