In a world far in the future, there are IUB's or IncUBator, a medical miracle, androids filled with cell recovering microbots. Their job is to restore cancerous, failed, or just in any way damaged organs until they are in prime condition and able to be used for organ transplants.
The story follows one of these IUB's, the newest model on record. Their world is filled with conflicting realities as they try to adapt to their new found sentience and nerve endings. The world is ugly, but it's only going to get uglier.
