"The paranormal..." Dad paused as if was about to reveal some top secret, like how Mr. Krabs would to with the Krabby Patty Secret Formula, "is real. There are people with supernatural powers, everything you read in those fantasies, is real."
I first studied their faces for any sign of a joke, 'cos, what other reasonable explanation would there be?, then, I bit my wobbling bottom lip. Finally, when I couldn't hold it in anymore, the laughter spewed out of me.
    A lot of it.
"Oh God," I said, between snorts, "That's rich. Superpowers are real. What's next? We have dragons and flying unicorns in our basement?"

HIGHEST RANKING #47 in HUMOR as on 12-11-2016 UNDERGOING HEAVY EDITING. GETS UPDATED REGULARLY. SUPPORT IS WELCOME. COVER BY @AliasRain XXXXX "What will you do if the world was on fire?", I ask. I'll probably blame God for setting the world on fire in the first place. I don't understand why God does such things to good people even when they worship him with all their heart. "I'll take a marshmallow, sit back and roast it. Why not die while enjoying the sugary heaven instead of blaming God for my loss." Kris replied. XXXXX Christiana Hall and Kris Watson. Two very different souls but very similar, all at the same time. Both share the same love for Chemistry and are misunderstood. Both are hard core science junkies, stubborn and competitive. Call them nerds or geeks, whatever floats your boat. Christiana is too good with computers and doesn't believe in love. She knows better than to fall for sheer stupid vulnerability. Her beliefs are based on what the future might hold for her and not based on some terrible past. But what she doesn't know is that someone who can change the way she thinks might cross her path. Kris, considered to be a stereotypical reserved boy, only puts up a facade of one. In reality, he is too nice for his own good. He is chased by one girl in particular a lot and the boys call him 'The Freak'. He is bad with computers and believes in love. His only love has been chemistry before it comes to him in the disguise of a cynical girl. Christiana and Kris have a rocky journey of pranks, friendship and chemistry along with a few punches thrown here and there ahead of them that leads to the discovery of an irreversible reaction. It's going to be legen...Waitforit...dary! 'Watch this break all stereotypes.'

Not Your Ordinary Alien Story

32 parts Complete

Aliens have been here before... one was left behind. Eighteen-year- old Zoe must find him and she doesn't have much time. Along with the alien, a beacon was left on Earth which when activated, opens a portal through which the aliens will return. The extraterrestrials visit Earth to usurp Qi, Earth's vital energy. If the extraterrestrials go too long without Qi, people on the alien planet will die. However, when Qi is extracted from Earth, the weak and elderly of Earth will die. The beacon can only be activated by the alien who was left here and only when the planets are in a particular alignment. The next time is only two months away during the Autumnal Equinox. When Zoe discovers who the alien is, it's a complete game changer because the alien is closer to her than she ever could have imagined. The story takes place in a small town surrounded by forest near the Oregon-California border. Of course it does, after all, the highest concentration of Qi is found in forests where ancient redwoods grow. You might be wondering, what is Qi? In Japan it is called "ki," and in India, "prana"." The ancient Egyptians referred to it as "ka," and the ancient Greeks as "pneuma." In Africa, it's known as "ashe" and in Hawaii as "mana." Qi, Prana, Ki, call it what you will, this energy is the life force itself.
