Katsuki's parents died when he was 14 in middle school. His parents had enough wealth for him to live comfortably for the rest of his life. He didn't get out into foster care, because he proved to the government that he could live by himself.
Katsuki has a seven year old brother named Hiroshi. He looks like a mini version of Masaru. He has a weak version of explosions. His personality is a mixture of Mitsuki's and Masaru's.
Him and Deku met each other at UA.
In this AU villains are at an all time low. so the demand for hero's is also low. People go through the hero course, because of what can happen in the future. Most hero course graduates go to college to continue their education, while the top students go on and become hero's.

Yet, one student in particular seemed to catch your eye. An ash haired boy, who has a HUGE temper and ego, and is set on becoming the #1 hero. Huh, a cocky bastard and a outcast. Barely friends - BakuDeku
Izuku Midoriya, now a college student is suffering from very low self esteem and confidence. Over the summer break he dove into his hero work, not talking to anyone but his instructors. His high school life wasn't very glam, due to Bakugo Katsuki's unexplainable hate towards Izuku, Bakugo's torment took place although out high school the only thing that changed what Izukus attitude. He learned the only thing he has is his strength and so that's what he's grown to rely on. Grateful for his friends who helped him grow a back bone- he was able to stand up to Katsuki a bit through school, but to no avail did the bullying stop. Eventually it just dwindled down to a tolerable hurtful tease, and the physical fighting was saved for the arena. Izuku never asked why, or why it got worse the more they were around each other. Thinking he would rarely see him after high school, then these college UA Courses were created during their third year UA, and now the unavoidable has happened. A Familiar Voice
HIATUS What if Izuku Midoryia never met All Might, Never gained One For All, Never made it into UA, Lost hope to become a hero, even worse (in his opinion) lost all contact with his childhood tormentor/Crush 'Katsuki Bakugou'? What if Inko died, And aizawa found Izuku and took him in? Izuku grew up being bullied for wanting to be a hero, Why? Well because he's quirkless, which means he has no power at all and that makes the strong believe it's fun to bully him. Finally it's the end of Middle school Izuku is no longer left out and makes friends... Not the right ones though. He decided not to apply to his childhood dream school 'UA', so when his mother 'Inko Midoryia' told him they were moving to a town a little further away he was fine with it. At his new school believe it or not he was one of the strongest kids there, it was a school for only quirkless kids of course. He started working out and got a lot stronger, he would sometimes sneak out with his friends and workout out with them. As said before his friends wasn't the nice bubbly kids you think he would have, in fact their not even close. Izuku changed from middle school and started drinking and smoking, he also tended to get in fights with random people for looking at him wrong. Clearly different from when he was growing up.
