What would you do if you thought you loved your best friend? What would you do if you got pregnant with your best friend's baby?
Arabella and Kyle were the best of friends in their Junior year of high school, Kyle being the popular jock and Arabella bullied girl. They lived in the heart of Seattle Washington, but secretly they were in love with each other and just didn't know how to tell each other. But one night at a party, the unthinkable happens. The next few weeks Arabella starts feeling sick so she goes to a doctor who tells her she is pregnant. Later when Kyle finds out that she is pregnant with his baby he tells her to get an abortion if she even wanted to talk to him again, so she runs away and he thinks she got the abortion. But what happens when she reappears 6 years later totally changed, and with a little baby girl named Willow? Follow Arabella and Kyle as they try to deal with the ups and downs of a child and love.
