Hailey fell in love with her best friend in 6th grade once they started to become friends. She fell in love and knew that he was it, Steve Harrington. Steve and Hailey have been best friends and she is still on his side even when he can be a pain in the ass or an asshole she covers for him and just puts hims in line and make him say sorry to that person he was being an ass to. She still hang out with him even if he was with his new friends Carol and Tommy which she doesn't like, they are both assholes to anyone. Steve started to become and ass ever since he met and started hanging out with them. Hailey still Hangs out with Steve and she is still in love with but what she doesn't know is that he feels the same way. Steve started catching feelings way long before she did like in the 4th grade he had a crush he didn't know it at the time because he was too young to even realize that his love is right there in front of him.
