For a few months Jaune makes himself a home in the Forest of Beacon and due to some political nonsense he has to send his weapon back home, he has to use spare weapons from the armory at the school and learn how to use them. In no time he gets better and through training he catches up to his friends, but thats not all fate has in store for him as he would become more than just a man, he would become the 'Dark Knight' of Remnant.

RWBY: Jaune Arc's Ascension
Jaune Arc, the lovable goofball and sole male of the Arc clan has left his home on his quest to become a hero like his ancestors, but being a civilian and not having the training necessary, he has to rely on cheating his way into Beacon by the use of fake transcripts. And now that he has begun his journey, he hopes that he can improve and make his ancestors proud, while also surrounding himself with people he can trust and perhaps, a deeper connection and relationship. This is his journey to become a Legend and legacy of his ancestors. A/N: Now, I have given this much thought and I have read many Jaune fics, harem mostly and they weren't exactly original, as they forgo his canon personality and just give him powers from another franchise instead of making him increase his own skill. And so I decided to write this book and it will also include harem as well. I will try to keep their personalities as close to canon as I can. All Hail Monty Oum.
