Cecilia just graduated from middle school (hallelujah), and she's eager to start all over again. With not one of her friends from middle school on her side, she feels kind of lost.
At Van Gogh High everyone's an artist. You can say that the whole school is made up of snobby, socially awkward artists--also known as hipsters--and that the environment is a little...err...different than other high schools.
