An evil alien and a their army have arrived on Mobius, seeking to destroy the people on the planet, corrupt it, and take it as their own. They have been kidnapping countless individuals, including our beloved hero Sonic the Hedgehog, and replacing them with murderous clones.
The Restoration team, led by Amy Rose and Miles "Tails" Prower, were able to gather up all the survivors of this deadly apocalypse and attempted to find a place stay safe while they figure out a plan to stop this evil, but, after a heroic sacrifice to get everyone up to the safest place they could think of, the Space Colony Ark, the world's Ultimate Lifeform, Shadow the Hedgehog, was left behind.
Now, it's up to Shadow to save the world, and get Sonic back, before it's too late...

Amy Rose and Sonic the Hedgehog have been dating for quite some time now. Amy can hardly believe that the man who has saved her life multiple times throughout her life is her boyfriend. The blue hero of Mobius with a regular girl who lives far out on the city's outskirts. Amy believed that when Sonic finally accepted her, he would begin to warm up and match her affection for him. However, it seems her daredevil hedgehog boyfriend hasn't changed much since the days of her chasing him around. He's distant, rarely comes to visit her, and barely ever mentions his relationship with her outside of dates Amy plans for them. Shadow the Hedgehog is widely seen as a loner hedgehog that no one outside a few people can interact with successfully. The Ultimate Lifeform is still haunted by his past visions of Maria, his best friend, and granddaughter of Gerald Robotnik. He doesn't enjoy being around people, particularly Sonic due to his annoyingly enthusiastic personality contrasting to his own serious, focused one. No one has ever been able to make Shadow feel the way Maria has. No one has been able to make him hope again. On the night of Princess Sally's Birthday Ball, a truth is revealed to Amy about Sonic. Something...unexpected, causes her to run away from the party ashamed. That same night she shows someone the extent of her strength that she holds back. It's safe to say he's impressed... Not only does Mephiles turn Shadow into a killer hedgehog, he forces him to take out revenge on not only on on Mobians but the entire universe as well. But only Amy Rose is aware of Shadow's illness after witnessing Shadow consuming human and Mobian remains behind a restaurant dumpster. Amy vows to keep Shadow's condition a secret not only for the safety of Sonic and the gang but for the universe...but if G.U.N finds out the ultimate life form and their top agent as dangerous... it could result in him being held captive, being detained against his will and experimented on as long as possible. Despite the life threatening situation, Shadow and Amy's connection grows closer and closer which ultimately leads to them having an affair which eventually leads them to being together, much to the disdain of not only Sonic, but to the entire group, unfortunately, it later becomes a weakness which will give Mephiles a possible one up against the team Will Amy and the rest of the crew find a cure for Shadow's condition or will he forever be Mephiles' murderous puppet? (note I don't own Sonic Skyline or Sonic itself. I just thought that Skyline looked cool and the comic was pretty cool so I wanted to make my own spin in the story, so please enjoy) Sonic never thought he'll ever go on adventures and travel to other sky islands, but that all changed when he met Dr.Eggman, a human from the ground who wants to help Mobius be a better place. With the help of Eggman and his allies in the Skyline corporation, Sonic and his friends are going to travel the sky islands and fought evil robots, and maybe even save the world. A human named Alex didn't have a good life on earth, after a walk through the city and found an old lab facility found a gem that glowed and had a surge of power in which that transported him to a new world and unlucky for him fell down a hill and got knocked out. After some time, he woke up and heard an explosion, then went and checked it out. That's when he found Wolflike creature fighting a robot, and she looks like she's having trouble, so he decide to go and help her and that gem he found gave him something that will help his new friends. So let's see what adventure lies for him in this world. Sonic, is Shadow's husband before Eggman had successfully took over Möbius. They had started a family, with a kid and another on the way. Being the Mobians lets ounce of defense, Shadow took it upon himself to use the last bit of Chaos Energy that he had to Chaos Blast his way through the robots that were there to capture the last remaining Mobians, but with a sacrifice like this it allowed the Mobians to escape up to safety.
